How often do people tell you, you can’t do that?

I have started 5 businesses in my life and for every one of them I was told,

1. It can’t be done
2. It takes to long
3. It costs too much
4. Why, when you can work for someone else

Did I listen? No. Every business I started was successful and I enjoyed every moment.

Listen to your heart and mind and not what others fear in themselves. Just do it. If you need guidance on where to start, ask.

Believe it or not, I don’t drink coffee.

Believe it or not, I don’t drink coffee. I am anaphylaxis to coffee, but I do love the smell!

How do you recharge your energy?

Stretching for me is a stress reliever. You can help recharge by stretching your muscles for just five minutes every few days. Stretch your mind while you’re at it!

Aromatherapy is a mood changer!

Recharge mentally, When it comes to recharging your personal battery, it’s important to pay attention to your mind. Thinking about the things that stress us out often makes it harder to recharge.

Do something fun! Having fun is an important part of staying mentally healthy. I have hobbies that I love to do and grandchildren to spend time with.

Me? Well, I am actually on schedule and feeling pretty good about this week’s work accomplishments. Sometimes it can be a struggle😳

How much water do you drink each day?

How much water do you drink each day? I drink 96 to 120 fluid ounces a day. Yup, you read right. I crave it!

How many times do you reach the end of the day only to realize you never drank a sip of water?

Many of us get by with coffee, food, and sugar-sweetened beverages when our bodies really need WATER.

Grab a water bottle, add ice and keep it with you. Rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces but if that is too big of a jump, add 1 cup extra (that’s a total of 8 ounces) today and see how you feel. You can drink to much water, I know this because I ended up in the hospital not once but twice for drinking to much water.

Let’s be honest. It is really hard to be motivated to do anything on Monday Morning!

We have the whole weekend to enjoy and as Sunday night starts to fade away we realize we are one step closer to the start of our week.

And for some reason, Mondays are the hardest day of the week to get through, probably because we have two days to just relax and not focus on anything.

Tip 1: Prepare for Monday on Friday
Start by preparing on Friday for your Monday, by planning ahead and organizing everything.
