Part 3 of 4
I am a strong believer in the audio, visual and tactile methods of learning; and all these methods can be applied to goal setting.
Most people do better with physically writing out their goals. Most goals will need to be evaluated periodically to keep them on track.
At these check-ins, you can look for what is not working and correct it or, if needed, make the decision to put it on the back burner, which is a completely acceptable decision.
Are you working on your goals for next year yet?
